Marilyn Pearson Hendricks has dedicated her 20+ year career to helping organizations leverage the value of technology for human resources. Having held leadership positions in human resources, sales, marketing, consulting, alliances, and account management, Marilyn has a multi-disciplinary understanding of how to unlock business potential through the adoption of good processes and the right technology. Functioning in many capacities has given Marilyn a unique, diverse experience, which enables her to see the long view, anticipate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and recommend best practices across functional areas.
She has worked for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries; Marilyn's aim as an HR technologist is to apply integrated talent management practices to execute strategy and accelerate performance.
Marilyn holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management. She also BS in Business and Communications Studies from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
